Ladder Committee Mission Statement
Responsible for coordination and execution of the Ladder program organized to encourage skill growth and social interaction of club members.
- The Ladder program may run all year and is driven by participation.
- Accountable for tool/software selection, implementation and upkeep; ensure associated costs have been approved by the Board.
- Oversees the Ladder Rules; makes necessary changes to the Ladder Rules with Board approval.
- Solves any disputes, problems, or complaints directed to the Ladder Program.
- Post rankings and schedules weekly as per Ladder session schedule.
- Organize and manage assistants if applicable.
- Submit original receipts or invoices for approved activity expenses to the Treasurer within seven (7) days of purchase for reimbursement.
- Collaborate with the Board, as needed, to develop marketing materials for Ladder solicitations (i.e.: email notification).
